The rules for using Weai. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service
Weai provides API access to a WhatsApp account you connect, on your own subdomain, together with a dashboard and an assistant. Weai is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and API tokens secret.
3. Plans and payment
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in euros through Stripe, renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Changing the plan is prorated; unused balance becomes account credit. See the Cancellation and refunds page.
4. Your responsibilities
You need the right to message every recipient and must comply with WhatsApp's terms and applicable law (including anti-spam and consent rules). See the Acceptable use policy.
5. Risk of WhatsApp restrictions
The service connects through an unofficial method. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers, and we cannot prevent or reverse that. You use the service at your own risk and we are not liable for a restriction of your WhatsApp account.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without a guaranteed uptime, and may perform maintenance.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable use policy, or for legal reasons.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Spanish law applies; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
