Cancellation and refunds
How cancelling, changing plans and refunds work.
Last updated: 2026-09-28
1. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid.
2. Refunds
Payments are not refundable once the billing period has started, except where the law says otherwise or we made a billing error. Because the service is delivered immediately, you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that this may end the 14-day withdrawal right for digital services once it has been fully performed.
3. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. Any unused amount becomes credit on your account, not cash. After a downgrade you keep the instances already paid for until the end of the period.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Stripe retries automatically. If it stays unpaid, the subscription ends and the instances stop being provided.
5. Errors and disputes
If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact us first so we can fix it quickly.
