The Weai name, logo, interface, texts and demo videos are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy them to imitate the service.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the messages and data you send through Weai. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
3. Third-party marks
WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their owners; Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. Use of names is descriptive and does not imply affiliation.
4. Open-source software
Weai is built with open-source components (for example Svelte, Tailwind CSS, three.js, Motion, shadcn-svelte), each under its own licence, mostly MIT.
5. Infringement notices
If you believe content on Weai infringes your rights, email the contact address with the URL, what is infringed, and proof of ownership. We will review it promptly.
